Free all-ages show featuring platinum selling Canadian Rock Band The Sheepdogs! Seacliff Park Amphitheatre. June 16th, 2018 at 8:30PM - 10:00PM. Doors Open @6:00pm. 

The Sheepdogs are a Canadian rock and roll band formed in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 2006. The group consists of lead singer and guitarist Ewan Currie, bass guitarist Ryan Gullen, drummer Sam Corbett, guitarist Jimmy Bowskill, and Shamus Currie, brother of lead singer Ewan Currie, playing trombone, keyboards, and tambourine. The Sheepdogs became the first unsigned band to make the cover of Rolling Stonein 2011 and have since grown to popularity in Canada and the United States.

Currently playing sold out shows across the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Europe. Their newest album was released in February 2018 and they have recently been honoured with this year’s Record Store Days Champion of Canada Award.The Sheepdogs consider their style to be somewhere between the riff heavy bombast of Led Zeppelin and the melodies and harmonies of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.

Dave Russell & the Precious Stones

Opening for The Sheepdogs June 16th, 2018. They take the stage from 7:00PM - 8:00PM.

Formed in 2010 in Windsor, Ontario to perform singer-songwriter, Dave Russell’s solo material.  Their sound ranges from alt-country to rock, with some serious nods to Blue Rodeo and Tom Petty.

The band has played small clubs and big festival stages from Ontario to British Columbia and everywhere in between.  They have released three records and a handful of singles and have been played on commercial radio in Southern Ontario, on CBC radio across Canada and college radio around North America.

Bring a blanket or a lawnchair, pack a picnic, and come enjoy this free all-ages rock concert.
